INDICATIONS :

Indicated for the following infections caused by susceptible bacteria: upper and lower respiratory tract infection, upper and lower urinary tract infection, peritonitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis and other intraperitoneal infection, sepsis, meningitis, skin and soft tissue infection, bone and joint infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, gonorrheal and other genital tract infection. Mecahnism: C.P.Z. is a type of broad-spectrum third-generation Cephalosporin effective against anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria, Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, especially retaining high sensitivity to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The major machanism is inhibition of cell wall biosynthesis, exhibiting bactericidal effect. C.P.Z. is stable to β-lactamase, showing excellent therapeutic effects to severe or complex infection. C.P.Z. has a long half-life and is excreted through the biliary system, hence no dose adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment.
COLIMYCIN COLISTIN METHANESULFONATE 2 million unit/injection Prohibited in patients who have shown allergic symptoms to Colistin or Polymyxin B. Store at room temperature. Any parenteral solution containing this drug must be prepared fresh.

INDICATIONS :

Infection caused by multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria.

INDICATIONS :

Treating the following complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI) caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant isolates), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae subsp, equisimilis and Enterococcus faecalis (vancomycin-susceptible isolates only)。 Staphylococcus aureus-induced bloodstream infections (bacteremia) include right-sided infective endocarditis caused by both methicillin-susceptible and resistant strains.

INDICATIONS :

Skin, respiratory tract, lower respiratory tract and urinary tract infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria (including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteobacteria, and Enterobacteriaceae).

Contraindication:

Contraindication (the following patients should not use it): patients with a history of allergy experience to the ingredients of this product or other antibiotics of the aminoglycoside class. General contraindication (the following patients should avoid it as far as possible; take caution if administration is inevitable): the patient or family members had suffered from hearing impairment (new-onset or aggravation) caused by antibiotic administration of the aminoglycoside class.

INDICATIONS :

1. Invasive fungal infections after bone barrow transplantation complicated with renal toxicity.  2. Patients with renal impairment who contract infections of Aspergillus, Candida, or Cryptococcus species. 3. Treatment for cryptococcus meningitis in HIV-infected patients. 4. Treating infections of Aspergillus, Candida or Cryptococcus, or patients who are not suitable for Amphotericin B deoxycholate treatment, or patients with renal impairment, or patients who cannot tolerate Amphotericin B deoxycholate toxicity. 5. Treating visceral leishmaniasis. For immunocompromised patients who receive Amphotericin B Liposome for Injection as treatment for visceral leishmaniasis, the recurrence rate is high after primary parasite eradication. 6. Empirical treatment for febrile patients with severe neutropenia who are suspected to have fungal infection.

Contraindication:

Liposomal Amphotericin B should not be administered to patients who are allergic to Liposomal Amphotericin B or other ingredients of this product, unless the benefit outweighs the risk according to the treating physician.

Maxtam Sulbactam sodium 500mg Sulbactam sodium is contraindicated with known β-lactam antibiotic allergy. Store at room temperature.

INDICATIONS :

Maxtam is a type of β-lactamase inhibitor which enhences bactericidal effect of β-lactam antibiotics when administered in combination. Indicated for moderate to severe bacterial infection. Literature indicates that Sulbactam administered alone is effective in treating multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii infection.
